Slow down, soften and turn inwards as you are held in a warm red glow that gently soothes your nervous system.
This class offers a more sensual and intuitive approach to yin. Alongside long, supported yin shapes, you are invited to listen deeply to your body and follow what feels organic. You may choose to stay and melt into stillness, or allow soft, fluid and sensual movement to arise.
There is no right or wrong way to move, only an invitation to explore sensation, breath and inner rhythm.
The red light creates a sense of safety and grounding, helping you release tension, deepen your breath and reconnect with your body on a more instinctive level. Move slowly, feel deeply and let your body lead.

Each participant practices with one lamp placed in front of the mat that emits two therapeutic wavelengths:
Red light: supports skin health, cellular energy, and helps calm surface inflammation.
Near-infrared light: penetrates deeper to relax muscles and connective tissues, improve circulation, and support nervous system relaxation.
The soft warmth of the light helps the body release tension, deepen the breath, and create a sense of safety and grounding.
Perfect for: deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with your body in a slow, intuitive way.
Classes are primarily taught in English.
Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.
