A dynamic 30-minute full-body workout designed to build strength, tone muscles and elevate your energy. This class combines controlled, sculpting movements inspired by Yoga and Pilates with functional bodyweight training. Expect pulses, holds, and low-impact strength exercises that challenge the whole body without heavy equipment.
Each participant has one lamp that emits two therapeutic wavelengths positioned in front of the mat:
Red light supports cellular energy and skin health, and it helps reduce surface inflammation
Near-infrared light penetrates deeper to support muscles and joints, improve circulation, and enhance recovery
The combination of focused strength work and red + infrared light helps keep muscles warm, supports endurance and may reduce post-workout soreness, leaving you feeling strong, energised, and sculpted.
