Guided exploration of movement, sensation, and attention in the body. The practice is mat-based and requires no props. Through simple, free movement, repetition, tapping, shaking, and pauses, we explore how the body moves when we stay present rather than goal-oriented. Some movements may resemble dance-like patterns or familiar yoga shapes, but everything is approached with ease, fluidity, and curiosity rather than precision or form.

There is nothing to get right, and no prior experience is needed. The class begins gently, unfolds gradually, and comes to a quiet rest.

Classes are primarily taught in English.

Doors are opened 15 minutes before the class starts. You’ll receive Töölö’s door code on the booking email as well as on the reminder email.

Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts.
